Cut all legs off and support the deer by the nose.
Cut the skin down the front from the bottom lip to the breastbone.
Next cut the skin from the corner of the mouth around the back of the head to the other corner of the mouth leaving the ears on the hide.
Now skin the bottom jaw and around the head down about 6 inches.
