2010 Deer Season
YES WE ARE STILL CUTTING DEER THIS YEAR !!!!!
My Mom has passed away, we rented her house to persons not involved in the meat cutting business.
To not disturb these folks
We can no longer take Deer in after 7:00PM
With my Mom no longer with us we are now working 5-7PM daily and by appointment only other times until southern tier season opens.
WE WILL TRY TO BE HERE 5:00PM-7:00PM BUT
ANY OTHER TIME
IF YOU COME OVER WITHOUT CALLING
There may be no one there to service you!!!!
I will be leaving the shop unlocked and blank job sheets on the table.
If we are not there drag the deer inside, fill out a job sheet and give me a call at 315-338-8265.

If you can not be here by 7:00PM stop at a Nice & Easy type store and get 4-5 bags of ice and with the deer on it's back and legs up pack the chest and intestinal cavity with the ice. Put the balance of the ice on top of the carcass and cover the animal with a tarp. Then call me to make sure I will be available to take you in between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM the following day.

PLEASE BRING THE DEER TO US AT THE END OF THE DAY'S HUNT. WE LIKE THEM STILL WARM IF POSSIBLE.
If the animal is left hanging in low temperatures it will freeze making it necessary for us to thaw it to cut it up. You will then have meat that has to be re-frozen and this down grades the quality of YOUR product. Bring them to us still warm if possible.
